Health and Wellness Fairs
Metro Sports Fieldhouse’s Health and Wellness Fairs provide students and families with critical health resources and back-to-school necessities in collaboration with community organizations and local businesses.
These indoor/outdoor bi-annual events include exciting contests and giveaways, sports tournaments, food, and fun educational opportunities for students and families.
What is a health and wellness fair?
MSF’s Health and Wellness Fairs combine sports competitions with tangible wellness resources and services to help prepare students and families for the upcoming school year and other critical times throughout the year. MSF partners with local businesses, non-profits, healthcare organizations, and food providers to deliver critical resources to households in Arlington in a fair setting. Held indoors and outdoors, these events are family-friendly and open to the entire community with registration.
Who are these resources for?
The Health and Wellness Fairs are for families with students ages 0-18 in the region they are held.
What organizations does MSF partner with for these events?
Participating organizations include Old Navy, Nike, Aetna, NEX METROPOLITAN, Bell Education Committee, Brittany’s Backpack Ministry, Ah 100 Ministries, Black Heart Association, Fort Worth Five Loaves Two Fish Outreach, Chozn 2 Outreach, Walgreens, Brown Baking x3, African American Peace Officers Association of Arlington, First United Methodist - Arlington, NT Window, United Healthcare, Total Smoke BBQ, and other Tarrant County based non-profit organizations.
